If you are not satisfied with the fitting of your products, just visit any tailor in your area for any necessary alterations. We will cover the costs of your tailor up to 50 USD for a suit and 15 USD for a shirt from your first order. All you need to send us is the receipt, description of all alterations and your order number. To get reimbursed send us all materials to eshop@petervenett.com.

If you strictly followed our measurement instructions and you think your suit or shirt has wrong size, check the size of your product. If the measures significantly differs from the sizes submitted with your order, we will give you your money back. Please be aware that all products are tailor-made for the specific customer and every such a case reviewed individually.
